Normalt, for å sette inn bilder basert på relaterte URL-er eller filbaner, er det bare VBA-kode som kan hjelpe deg med å håndtere det. Her, med Sett inn bilder fra bane (URL) nytte av Kutools for Excel, kan du raskt sette inn bilder fra gitte URL-er eller filbaner i Excel med bare flere klikk.

Klikk Kutools > Sett inn > Sett inn bilder fra bane (URL)... for å aktivere funksjonen

Sett inn/vis bilder fra URL-er i Excel

For å sette inn bilder fra URL-er, vennligst gjør som følger.

1. Aktiver funksjonen ved å klikke Kutools > innfelt > Sett inn bilder fra bane (URL).

2. I Sett inn bilder fra bane (URL) dialog, vennligst:

  • 1) Velg celleområdet med URL-ene du vil sette inn bilder basert på i Bane(URL)-område seksjon;
  • 2) Velg en tom celle der du vil skrive ut bildene i Sett inn område (én celle) seksjon;
  • 3) Spesifiser bildestørrelsen som du trenger i Bildestørrelse (piksel) seksjon;
  • 4) Klikk på OK knapp. Se skjermbilde:

Deretter vises alle bildene basert på de gitte URL-ene som vist under skjermbildet.

Sett inn/vis bilder fra filstier i Excel

Hvis du vil vise bilder fra filbaner, prøv som følger.

1. Aktiver funksjonen ved å klikke Kutools > innfelt > Sett inn bilder fra bane (URL).

2. I Sett inn bilder fra bane (URL) dialog, vennligst fullfør innstillingene nedenfor:

  • 1) I Bane(URL)-område seksjon, velg cellene som inneholder filbanene du vil vise bilder basert på;
  • 2) I Sett inn område (én celle) seksjon, velg en celle du vil sende ut bildene;
  • 3) Spesifiser bildestørrelsen som du trenger i Bildestørrelse (piksel) seksjon;
  • 4) Klikk på OK knapp. Se skjermbilde:

Nå settes bilder inn i bestemte celler basert på de gitte banene. Se skjermbilde:

Merknader:

1. Hvis du sjekker Legg til originalbildet som kommentar boksen i denne dialogboksen, vil bildene bli satt inn i kommentarer med de originale størrelsene samtidig.

2. I henhold til Excel-spesifikasjonene og grensene (https://support.office.com/en-us/article/excel-specifications-and-limits-1672b34d-7043-467e-8e27-269d656771c3), må bredden på de innsatte bildene være mindre enn 2045 piksler, og den faste høyden må være mindre enn 547 piksler.

3. Hvis den angitte størrelsen overskrides den begrensede størrelsen, vil bildene som settes inn automatisk justeres.

when i use the split data it doesnt grab the images accordingly and im splitting my workbook into aprox 50 sheets is there a better way to do this without going through each workbook

The Split Data function does not yet support processing images. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Dear team,
When I added the images matching column through kutools which I just purchased to solve my problem after spending 52USD, still my problem persists, as the image quality becomes worse on its own after adding thrugh kutools in excel. Please help.

Hi akshay,

To solve this problem, please select File > Options to open the Excel Options window. Then select Advanced in the left pane, check the Do not compress images in file checkbox and then click OK to save the changes.

Hi,

Does this feature not work if the URL link is a formula?

I connected to Anaplan module which displays the account logo link based on the user selection of specific account name. This way the in the other tab the table information (coming from separate Anaplan module) is updated based on the user selection of account name and the link would also update based on same to populate the grid and the logo image.

I have a spreadsheet I use for a list of names.
The cells have the names.
Some of the cells would have the same picture.
(Think of a family list for ancestry)
To have the same picture show more than once would make the file very large.

Is it possible to have two worksheets in the same workbook.
One sheet is for only pictures.
The other sheet shows the names, the names of parents.

Can I put a code (similar to html) that can show the same picture more than once.
Not embed, that would make the file size too large.
But only to show the picture with a click.
Another click hides the picture.

When the workbook is closed, only the original pictures on their own sheet are retained.

Showing this same procedure inside a comment would be fantastic too.
(This way, embed picture once, show many.

Hi Jane Anderson,
This feature has been upgraded to include the "add original image as comment" option, please watch out for our new release.
You can select a cell in another worksheet as the picture storage area to separate the picture worksheet from the original data worksheet.
But this feature will not help you to achieve inserting pictures based on names only, you need to provide the picture storage path. Or you can use the "Match Import Picture" fearure to handle this problem.

Can you provide the specific data, such as the file path, the URL of the picture, etc.

No funciona en Windows 11 ni en Windows 10 esta funcion... aun no he probado en Win7... y he probado la version 21 y 24 de kutools.. que horrible que lo publiciten tanto.... Cuando lo mando a trabajar, se poco antes de llegar al 100% se pega, independiente de usar otro ser de url o no....
